Terms and Conditions for ContractX E-Invoice Contest
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This contest is open to participants aged 18 and above, residing in Malaysia, excluding employees and immediate family members of IFCA MSC Berhad.
Entry Requirements:
- For Facebook: To enter the contest, participants must follow our Facebook page (ContractX.IFCA), like the contest post and tag 3 friends in the comment section.
- For Linkedin: To enter the contest, participants must follow our LinkedIn page (Contractxmalaysia), like the contest post and tag 3 friends in the comment section.
- Bonus Entry: Share a post about why e-invoicing is important for your business with the hashtag #EInvoicingWithIFCA and tag us
Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 22nd October 2024, 11.59pm.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by IFCA MSC Berhad at random based on the correct fulfillment of the entry requirements. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Prize: 8 winners will receive RM100 each. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Announcement of Winner: The winner will be announced on 29th October 2024 on ContractX’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the winner notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants grant IFCA MSC Berhad the right to use their name and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials.
Liability: IFCA MSC Berhad shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest.
Modification or Termination: IFCA MSC Berhad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond IFCA MSC Berhad’s reasonable control.
Governing Law: This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
